Hunger, 2025.
Hunger. Inspired by the most important relationship we have, with ourselves. I wanted to highlight a past version of myself, a girl so desperate for nourishment but couldn't bring herself to take it. After 20+ years of having a strained relationship with food, I wanted to celebrate the fact I've now healed that part of myself. This painting acts as a reminder to be your own best friend, look at past versions of yourself with compassion and to nourish your body/soul with all the beauty this world has to offer.
